NOTE:  There has been a change in the procedure for making comments on the the Polling Results Page.  You now must click on the Comments Link as illustrated below. Also remember, if you are typing comments, do NOT use any apostrophes ( ' ) or quotation marks ( " ).  There is a peculiarity in the comment page coding that will display an error message if you use these marks.  So instead of typing the word don't you need to type do not.  Instead of it's you would type it is.
