The filing period for candidates running for office in the May Preferential Primary or as an independent, non-partisan candidate begins today. The deadline to file to run for office is next Monday, March 8th. Voter registration deadline for the May primary is April 18th. Early voting will take place May 3rd through May 17th with the preferential primary election day set for May 18th. |
