The annual Fordyce Christmas Parade, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Thursday night, December 4th.

With local soldiers in the Arkansas National Guard's 39th Infantry Brigade scheduled to come home soon, the theme of this year's Christmas parade will be "A Patriotic Christmas."

Any church or organization interested in entering a float or participating in this year'' Christmas Parade should call the Chamber office at 352-3520 for more information. Cash prizes will be awarded top three winning floats.

The parade will begin at 7. Line-up will take place on the parking lot at Beech Grove Missionary Baptist Church that evening starting at around 6:30.
