In just a few short months, a large number of Arkansas National Guard Soldiers will be returning from a one year tour of duty in Iraq and the ESGR is working to help the soldiers transition back into their normal jobs and lives.

Rick Young with ESGR public affairs in Arkansas recently visited our news department to get the word out concerning what the law says about soldiers who are called up to serve.   <Voice of Young> 

                                                         

Young said any problems that arise between returning soldiers and their employers are usually from a lack of communication.   <Voice of Young>

According to Young, ESGR along with a number of state agencies are working with the National Guard to prepare for the soldiers return.   <Voice of Young>
